Quality Control
Rensino Analysis Co., Ltd. applies a structured quality control process to support the consistent manufacture and supply of analytical instruments, diagnostic equipment, laboratory consumables, environmental testing products, chemical reagents, and wiring accessories. Inspection requirements are defined according to product specifications, intended applications, order details, and applicable industry-aligned practices. Quality records are maintained at relevant stages to support traceability and effective issue resolution.
1. Incoming Material and Component Inspection
Materials, components, and purchased parts are checked before they are released for production. The inspection scope is determined by the product type and the importance of each item to safety, performance, durability, or measurement accuracy.
- Identity and specification verification: Item descriptions, models, dimensions, material grades, and supplier documents are reviewed against purchasing and technical requirements.
- Visual and dimensional inspection: Housings, optical parts, electronic components, test tubes, sample vials, microplates, syringe filters, cable ties, and other items are examined for damage, contamination, deformation, and dimensional nonconformity.
- Critical component checks: Sensors, displays, optical elements, pumps, connectors, power modules, and other performance-related components are evaluated as required by internal inspection standards.
- Material condition control: Reagents, diagnostic test materials, and other condition-sensitive items are checked for packaging integrity, identification, lot information, and storage status, subject to their specifications.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Production and assembly steps are monitored to reduce variation and identify issues before final inspection. Work instructions, approved samples, technical drawings, and product-specific control points guide operators and inspectors throughout the process.
- Assembly verification: Connections, fasteners, seals, tubing, optical assemblies, electrical wiring, and mechanical parts are checked at appropriate production stages.
- Process parameter control: Relevant settings and operating conditions are monitored for instruments such as air quality monitors, colorimeters, concentration meters, refractometers, densitometers, spectrometers, and environmental data loggers.
- Intermediate functional checks: Power-up, display, controls, sensor response, signal output, communication interfaces, and basic operating functions are tested where applicable.
- Consumable production checks: Laboratory consumables and diagnostic products are inspected for cleanliness, molding or forming quality, fit, sealing, marking, and consistency according to product requirements.
- Nonconforming product control: Items that do not meet defined criteria are identified and separated for review, rework, replacement, or other appropriate disposition.
3. Finished Product Inspection and Performance Verification
Finished products undergo final inspection before they are approved for packing. Inspection methods and acceptance criteria vary by product design, order requirements, and intended use. Reference tools or suitable test conditions are used where performance verification is required.
- Appearance and workmanship: Inspectors review surfaces, enclosures, screens, buttons, connectors, labels, printing, and overall assembly quality.
- Dimensions and compatibility: Key dimensions, fittings, interfaces, and accessory compatibility are checked against approved specifications.
- Functional performance: Analytical, clinical, environmental, and veterinary equipment may be checked for startup, operating modes, repeatable response, data display, alarms, and communication functions, as applicable.
- Measurement-related checks: Instruments such as pH testing products, soil testers, flash point testers, carbon analyzers, and spectrum analysis equipment are evaluated according to defined product procedures and specification limits.
- Completeness review: Standard accessories, power supplies, cables, consumables, manuals, and ordered options are verified against the packing list and sales order.
For products requiring calibration, configuration, or application-specific testing, the applicable requirements should be confirmed during order review. Inspection and test documentation can be prepared according to the product and agreed commercial requirements.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Checks
Packaging is selected to protect products during handling, storage, and international transportation. Before shipment, the order is reviewed to confirm product identity, quantity, packaging condition, and shipping marks.
- Product protection: Instruments and sensitive components are secured with suitable cushioning, separation, and moisture or dust protection where needed.
- Consumable integrity: Sample cups, vials, test tubes, microplates, syringe filters, test strips, and related products are checked for sealed packaging and correct quantity.
- Label verification: Product names, models, lot or batch details where applicable, handling information, and customer-specific labels are reviewed for accuracy.
- Carton and documentation review: Outer cartons, shipping marks, packing lists, manuals, and agreed documents are checked before dispatch.
- Order conformity: Finished goods are compared with the confirmed order to verify models, specifications, accessories, plug types, and other agreed details.
5. Feedback, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement
Rensino Analysis Co., Ltd. treats customer feedback as an important part of quality assurance. When a product or shipment issue is reported, relevant order information, photographs, operating conditions, lot details, and inspection records are reviewed to help identify the cause.
Depending on the findings, actions may include additional inspection, process adjustment, supplier follow-up, work-instruction updates, packaging improvement, or enhanced verification for subsequent production. Corrective actions are evaluated in relation to the specific product and issue rather than applied as a general assumption.
International buyers are encouraged to provide complete specifications, intended applications, regulatory or labeling needs, and acceptance criteria before production. Clear technical communication enables our team to establish appropriate inspection points and deliver products that match the confirmed commercial and technical requirements.
